We designed this office addition /renovation in Escondido, CA using a limited palette of materials due to a tight budget, simple materials are used here to form patterns that change the perspective of this otherwise bland structure.   We performed Industrial TI and remodel of existing interior spaces.  Coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing reconfigurations.
