Set in the semi-tropical beaches of Central America, this project called for integration of the local climate and culture, with Caribbean and Latin aesthetics. The challenge was met by designing functional building that take advantage of the tropical climate while reflecting the rich heritage of the surrounding area.  16 unit buildings with studio, one and two Bedroom units.  Design Multi-Use recreation/ administration building for Belize Beach Resort with convention and meeting rooms, game room, restaurant, exercise and locker facilities, hotel reception, resort administration. 12,000sf.  In association with Noel Hart
